How To Be More Effective Internet Marketer On A Part Time Basis
There is one problem many Internet marketers face is they work their business on a part-time basis. This is okay if you are able to effectively manage your time and accomplish the goals you set yourself.
Here are a few ideas on how you can do just that!
1. Understand the concept of leveraging your time. The Internet never sleeps even though you might. The key to leveraging your time as an Internet marketer is to create multiple forms of traffic that will continue a long-term basis. You do this by concentrating on backlinks and getting them in various ways including article marketing, social networking, blogging, and so on.
2. Stay focused and don’t let your computer become a distraction. There are so many things you can do on a computer every day that it’s easy to goof around and not actually get any work done. Chatting with your friends, playing games, surfing mindlessly, and so on is not an effective use of your time if you want to become a better Internet marketer.
3. Set up a home office and let everyone know when you are in it you are at work. It’s very easy to get distracted with friends and family who do not understand that just because you are working at home you do not have time for them. Distractions are one of the largest obstacles Internet marketers face and this is something you must nip in the bud before it becomes a problem.
4. Create a daily to do list and work at completing it. You will find it very empowering to check things off your list as you get them done. Not only will that but your Internet business grows because you are effectively using your time completing things that need to be done.
5. Set goals and have a board meeting on a consistent basis. You might find it surprising to know that you can have a board meeting with only one person in your company.
What this does is force you to analyze the success and failure of your Internet business on a different level. You are now answering to the board and will face the same pressures that corporations face.
If you’re having success you will enjoy these meetings because they give you a chance to pat yourself on the back as well as look forward to new challenges.
These are a several ideas on how to be more effective Internet marketer on a part-time basis. Whether your goals are to make money a part-time income or develop a full-time business these ideas will help.

Nice post. Many of us affiliate marketers struggle with time management.
Working a full time job and trying to grow a Internet home business is difficult. I really like the idea of having a board meeting with one.

It is so true. It feels like my husband and our little puppy needs me all the time, ofcourse that is nice, but it is very hard to concentrate. I suppose it will be better when Hector (puppy) gets older and my husband starts to work again. He has his holiday now.
